Are you putting in the lockdown miles with no big finish line to aim for? Break the ice with the virtual competition weekend for winter warriors and set up 2021 as a winning year.
With new year training restricted to lockdown conditions, stay motivated and raise your game with a competition weekend before January is out.
Run, ride, run anywhere in three separate activities over the duathlon weekend to bag a mega-medal, a pair of run socks and a piece of kit.
With a 48-hour window from 0:00am on Saturday 30 January through to 11:59pm on Sunday 31 January, design your three activities – run, bike, run – in any order, indoor or outdoor, anywhere in the world.
You can space your three big efforts out over the whole weekend for maximum recovery between each, or block them together and get more than one attempt in. Only your fastest efforts will count - Turbo-trainers and treadmills included!
Choose your challenge - Standard (The Walrus), Sprint (The Polar Bear) or Super Sprint (The Muskox) – and along with a medal and a pair of socks, all finishers will also receive an exclusive buff to match their distance.
The Walrus (Standard)
10K run

5K run
The Polar Bear (Sprint)

The Muskox (Super Sprint)

Record each activity, log your times with evidence links and bank a place on the leaderboard.
Enter by 12.00pm midday on Thursday 28 January to secure your place, full details will be communicated by the end of the day and your medal and swag will follow in the post following the event.
Every minute of training in January pays you back for the rest of the year – make it count with an ice-breaking winter warrior performance.
